USD prices exclude AI model usage and separately priced software/services. Annual pricing is twelve base payments with a 20% discount, rounded once. The annual term is a calendar year; twelve 30-day terms total 360 days. A dedicated host's RAM also serves its operating system, hypervisor if used and management components.

## Capacity is physical
Each paid dedicated rental holds one whole machine. A running, provisioning, suspended, quarantined or unverified machine is not spare capacity. The reservation transaction rechecks inventory and balance atomically; concurrent buyers cannot legitimately reserve the same machine.

## Renewal
The implemented design renews from prepaid balance, not by charging a saved card automatically. Insufficient credit queues suspension. The paid term starts when provisioning is confirmed ready. Stopping renewal preserves the current paid term; stopping an agent does not stop renewal.

## Launch status
No physical desktop is currently offered for checkout on this website. Machine management, isolation, reset, access revocation and payment activation remain release requirements. We will not substitute a demo machine for verified available stock.

## ThinkCentre 16 GB setup listing
**CU-TH-01** is the first Creator candidate. Its reported specification is 16 GB RAM and 256 GB NVMe; the target rental includes 150 GB of customer storage. The machine is on the network, but remote administration, actual specifications, software licensing and editing performance still need verification. Its listing is **setup pending**, with zero saleable capacity. It is not a reserved or active customer computer.

Customers can plan multiple computers using the fleet estimate on the [pricing page](/#pricing). The account portal supports mixed 8 GB/16 GB quantities once purchasing opens; available capacity is always checked again on the server.
